How do I apply for a role at Jigsaw Trust?

To apply for a vacancy, please visit the ‘Apply’ page here on this website and download an application form.  Once completed, submit your form to [email protected]

Ideally, candidates will have knowledge and experience of working with children and young adults who have special education needs.  Further details can be found within the Job Descriptions attached to each vacancy – visit our Current Vacancies page for details.

The process will depend on the role you have applied for, however, all roles at Jigsaw will require a face-to-face interview.

CABAS® stands for The Comprehensive Application of Behaviour Analysis to Schooling, a research driven system-wide approach providing individualised programmes for children and young people with and without disabilities.

Behaviour Analysis is a well-developed discipline devoted to the understanding socially significant improvement of human behaviour.  Programmes teach verbal, cognitive, social and self-help skills.  New skills are broken down into smaller tasks which are taught in a highly structured and hierarchical sequence with the focus on positively reinforcing or rewarding desired behaviour and ignoring or discouraging inappropriate behaivour.

Jigsaw offers comprehensive training and development opportunities to help support all staff in their roles and a number of additional, supported opportunities to gain further qualifications.

Jigsaw is located in a rural area in Surrey (Dunsfold Park, near Cranleigh).  All of Jigsaw’s vacancies are based at this location.

Unfortunately, Dunsfold Park doesn’t have good public transport links and we advise staff that they will need their own transport.  We do have a lift share culture and many staff have arrangements in place to do this. We also run a minibus service at the start and end of the day to/from Guildford train station to help staff get to site
